The Transitions project involved artists working directly with care staff and activity organisers in residential homes in the Epping Forest District, to develop creative activities and in the process help staff to recognise, develop and use their own creative skills to meaningfully engage residents particularly those living with dementia. The ideas, which include evaluations and case studies were shared in this publication in an accessible format; for the benefit of other care providers, staff, residents and artists.
